Q. Are the prices on the price list page exact?
A. The guide on the price list page is to give you a rough idea of how much your work will cost. It is impossible to give exact costs because everyone has different expectations and ideas about how they would like the end product to look. Prices vary depending on the work required. Please submit your digital file to us via e-mail and we will strive to get back to you within a day to let you know how much the work will cost.
Q. Does it cost any extra to send a photo via the post?
A. Please add £5.00 to any of the prices if you are sending in a non digital print such as an old photograph via the post. This is to cover posting the original back to you and the extra care that has to be taken to ensure that the original is not damaged in any way.
Q. Are quotes free?
A. Yes we offer a free quote service and will advise you of the total cost before any work is done. Please note the £5.00 handling fee for non digital prints still stands to cover to the return postage of your photo.
Q. So if I send my photo via e-mail is it a totally free quote?
A. Yes
Q. Can you print my picture when the work is complete?
A. Yes we can have prints made for you but the price varies depending on the size required. Please ask us and we will calculate the cost for you.
Q. Can my picture be enlarged to any size?
A. Prints can be produced but there are limits on how much you can enlarge a picture without loosing quality. Please ask us and we will advise you on the limitations.
Q. I require a service that is not listed on your site?
A. We can do work that is not listed on the website, please e-mail us and we will let you know if it is possible or not and how much it will cost.
Q. What delivery service do you use?
A. Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class recorded post. The parcel will have to be signed for at the recipient address. This is necessary to ensure that the finished product reaches the customer in good time and good condition.
Q. Are other delivery options available?
A. Yes we can send via other postage methods but there may be extra costs depending on the service required. Please ask for details.
