In this example I used a picture from the park on the swings.
I applied a motion blur to the background and kept the image of the child static to keep it clear. I then applied a frame effect to the outer limits and kept parts of the child on the swing in the foreground over the frame to give a three dimensional effect.
I chose a wood effect frame. I could have made it metalic or just a solid colour if I wanted but I liked the wood. The total image dimensions are 10"x8" with a 1" border within the size. I did this so that the picture could be mounted on its own but would also fit in a frame if desired.
