This old photo had some colour damage and has also obtained a colour cast.
All of the specs and small marks on the picture were removed to clean it up a bit. Next the coloured streaks were removed from the suits and the background scenery.
Lastly contrast, brightness and colour were adjusted to remove the colour cast and normalise the colours.
